Release Notes

📅 Release Date: March 31, 2026

In this new version, we have incorporated key functional and technical improvements focused on strengthening communication, data analysis, and system architecture.

A notification system has been implemented to keep users informed both within the platform and via email. System notifications are now automatically generated in the following cases:

Assignments of:

  • Roles
  • Permissions
  • Categories
  • Domains

Other notifications will be sent when a record is:

  • Updated
  • Deleted
  • Ownership is changed

This ensures greater control, traceability, and visibility over actions performed within the system, keeping users informed of all relevant changes.

📊 Aggregation and Grouping Functions in Reports

Section titled “📊 Aggregation and Grouping Functions in Reports”

Advanced data aggregation and grouping features have been added to reports, allowing for a more structured organization of information and more detailed analysis. These improvements facilitate data interpretation and decision-making.

No more settling for simple filters. We have unlocked new capabilities to make your queries as granular as your business requires:

  • More Operations, More Precision: We’ve expanded the operator catalog. You can now filter using criteria such as “Contains,” “Does not contain,” “Starts with,” “Is empty,” or “Range between,” allowing for surgical precision in every view.
  • Multi-conditional Logic: Say goodbye to one-way filters! You can now apply multiple conditions simultaneously. Create complex rules by combining different fields to get exactly the information you need in a single click.
  • Optimized Interface: All this power comes with a cleaner, smoother interface designed to make configuring complex searches feel intuitive and fast.

Adjustments and improvements were made to:

  • Domain or owner updates for records.
  • Entity pre-selection in categories.
  • Style enhancements to maintain a responsive application.
  • Translation updates.
  • Date formatting improvements during data import.
  • Relationship modification enhancements in Studio.
  • Domain endpoint optimization.
  • Report output configuration improvements.
  • Removal of circular relationships in the Entity Editor.

This version introduces a breaking change: the system is transitioning from numeric IDs to UUIDs.

  • New Clients: No action is required. This change is already included in the current version.
  • Existing Clients: A database migration must be performed to convert IDs to UUIDs. Once the migration is complete, data must be re-imported to ensure compatibility with the updated version.
